This is where I finally found the woman from the NGO that had monitored the April legislative election and the first round of the presidential election.

I had finally managed to reach her on her mobile phone, and she gave me instructions on how to reach this place, on the edge of a cornfield in a coconut plantation. When I got there, it was evident that a religous revival meeting of some sort was going on. She came away from the meeting and we spoke for a few minutes, standing in the corn field, but she didn't have much to say about the elections, at least not to me.
