This is the Tobelo office of the KPU (Komisi Pemilihan Umum), or Public Election Commission. The KPU is in charge of running elections throughout Indonesia, and on the whole it has done a fairly good job with three nation-wide elections this year - the legislative election in April and the Presidential election, carried out in two rounds, one on 5 July and the second on 20 September.
