About this site....

This site is primarily devoted to underwater images and photography. You will also (eventually) find articles and links to information about diving, dive equipment, conservation, photographic equipment, as well as historical and other topics relating to Asia.

Tabula International Ltd. is my consulting firm. Technically, this is Tabula's website, but over the years it turned out that the main thing that I was actually using the site for was photographs.

After more than 20 years in China, Japan and Hong Kong, I now spend most of my time in Bali, Indonesia. My work has also shifted from corporate government relations consulting to NGOs involved in conservation and civil society.

This site is still under reconstruction. More images, articles, links, etc. are still to come. Sometime.
